Fuck Blue MAGA

Why performative "progressives" are just as dangerous as the right, and why we’re done playing nice.

Blue Maga Definition: A person (usually a Democrat or self-professed progressive) who maintains the status quo by substituting symbolic gestures for material action, suppresses dissent from marginalized communities to preserve party cohesion, expects Black people and allies to coexist with their abusers and white supremacists to protect political interests, and functions as an enabler of the white supremacy they claim to oppose.

🧢 Blue MAGA is just as serious a threat as regular MAGA.

Because they’re just not serious.

Blue MAGA’s 🧢 pretension toward the Black community is exhausting—and racist.

We’re on our third protest, and nothing has changed. When we tell them why, they won’t listen.

So, why? Why has nothing changed?

Because blue MAGA 🧢 doesn’t understand that their jobs don’t end when the march is over. The time between protests isn’t for relaxation. The real work happens daily.

They expect us to stand down with them and watch while the world burns.

That’s a liability, my friends.

Blue MAGA 🧢 helped create and enable this system. Now they want credit for pretending to fight it.

They have the most selfish caucasity—with ZERO awareness—to tell US—Black women—and the very people who carry their party—to stop being upset about their inaction.

In essence, they’re asking,

“WhAT mORe dO yoU ExPECt uS tO Do?!?” as they weaponize our physical absence to label us as selfish.

We’ve been doing this work. It’s not new to us. It’s new to them—we’ve tried to tell them, but they don’t want to hear it.

They expect us to sit with our abusers, our oppressors, and white supremacists so they can feel better about their passivity.

It’s always about their feelings. 🙄

Until they wake up and choose LABOR over quarterly dance parties 🕺and performative activism—I don’t think we’re going to get anywhere with them.

And so, until they do decide to do the work—
