I guess as long as we are on the subject; it’s no different than the USA’s horrible propensity of using prisons as mental health facilities. We sentence people to multiple years in prison who have schizophrenia, or severe untreated bipolar disorder, & extremely low IQs.
This young man’s situation, as well as those I mentioned, are all just despicable, & not the way any society should treat the mentally disabled.
